      为探讨衡水湖外来植物黄顶菊的入侵机理,采用黄顶菊根和茎叶不同质量分数的水浸提液对小麦种子和幼苗进行处理,研究黄顶菊对小麦的化感效应。结果表明,黄顶菊浸提液对小麦种子发芽率、发芽势、幼苗根长和苗高均有抑制效应。小麦种子相对发芽率与黄顶菊根、茎叶浸提液质量分数均呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。化感效应指数和化感综合效应指数均随根、茎叶浸提液质量分数的增加而增大。黄顶菊茎叶浸提液对小麦的抑制效应大于根浸提液。黄顶菊浸提液对小麦根部生长的影响大于对地上部生长的影响。小麦苗期对化感物质的敏感程度强于萌发期。
英文摘要:
      In order to understand the invasion mechanism of Flaveria bidentis, a invasive plant, grown in Hengshui Lake, the allelopathy effect of the water extract from root and stem + leaf of F.bidentis on wheat seed and seedling growth was investigated.The result indicated that the water extracts of F.bidentis had significantly depressed effects on seed germination, germination energy, seedling root length and shoot height of wheat. There was negatively linear correlation between relative seed germination and water extract concentration from root or stem and leaf of F.bidentis (P<0.01). In general, the rate of inhibiting (RI) and synthetic inhibiting effects (SE) increased with the increasing of the extract concentration, and the allelopathic inhibition of seam + leaf extracts of F.bidentis was stronger than that of its root. The inhibited effect on root growth was greater than that on seedling length. Allelopathic susceptibility of wheat was significantly different between seedling stage and germination stage, and the former was more susceptible than the latter.
