为了明确茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)对光温敏不育小麦花药开裂的诱导效应,于抽穗至开花期对小麦光温敏雄性不育系BS366、BS400、BS210及3个常规小麦品种的活体穗部分别进行0、0.1、0.3、0.5 mmol/L浓度MeJA的喷施处理,统计不同浓度处理后的花药开裂率及结实率。结果表明,在喷施0.3和0.5 mmol/L MeJA后,不育系的花药开裂率和结实率增加显著,而常规品种增加不显著。本研究证明,喷施外源MeJA可显著增加小麦光温敏不育系的花药开裂率,进而有效提高其自交结实率,对提高亲本繁殖系数,降低制种成本具有一定的作用。 |

The photo thermo sensitive male sterile wheat is the core and basis of the two line hybrid wheat seed production system, but it has a low self fertile and reproductive capacity in natural fertile environment, resulting in higher costs for seed production. Therefore, exploring the method to improve the fertility of photo thermo sensitive male sterile wheat in the fertile environment is of great significance. Plant fertility is related to anther dehiscence and methyl jasmonic acid (MeJA) affects the dehiscence of anthers. In this study, three photo thermo sensitive male sterile wheat lines and three normal wheat cultivars were tested with 0.1 mol/L, 0.3 mol/L, 0.5 mol/L of exogenous MeJA in vitro from heading to flowering stage, respectively. The results showed that the percentage of anther dehiscence and seedset rate increased significantly in the three male sterile wheat lines, whereas no significant differences were detected in the three normal wheat cultivars. The application of exogenous MeJA could substantially increase the percentage of anther dehiscence of photo thermo sensitive male sterile wheat, thereby, increase the seedset rate of photo thermo sensitive male sterile wheat in fertile environment. |
