利用小麦与玉米杂交方法进行单培体育种,可缩短育种年限,提高育种效率。本文报道了用小麦×玉米方法培育小麦新品种中麦533的过程。该品种的突出特点是高产、节水,条锈病中抗至高抗,白粉病免疫。北京市节水区域试验平均产量5 598 kg·hm-2,比对照京冬8号增产5.2%;生产试验平均产量5 502 kg·hm-2,比对照增产9.7%。同时介绍了利用小麦×玉米单倍体育种的体会。 |

Haploid breeding by wheat × maize cross can reduce the breeding cycle and improve breeding efficiency. In this paper, we reported the new wheat variety Zhongmai 533 developed by wheat × maize hybridization. This cultivar showed high yield, good drought tolerance, resistant to stripe rust and immune to powdery mildew, with the yield of 5.598 t·hm-2 and 5.502 t·hm-2 in Beijing Regional Yield Trial and Pilot Trial,respectively, which were 5.2% and 9.7% higher than that of control variety Jingdong 8. Meanwhile, the experience of applying haploid breeding through wheat × maize cross in wheat improvement was presented. |
