      为探明生理调节剂劲丰对小麦抗倒性和产量结构的作用,研究了不同播种密度下喷施劲丰对宁麦17株高、茎秆质量、产量结构和蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,喷施劲丰能显著降低株高(5.08 cm)、倒伏率(74.44%)和蛋白质含量(0.59个百分点),显著增加茎秆基2节机械强度(120.94 g)、抗倒指数(3.17)和千粒重(1.46 g),但对产量的提高未达显著水平。播种密度增加显著提高了株高、成穗数和基节长度,显著降低了基节密度、机械强度和抗倒指数,但对千粒重、产量和倒伏率的影响不显著。基节密度和强度是影响小麦抗倒性最主要的因素。在适当播种量下使用生理调节剂劲丰可显著提高小麦品种的抗倒伏能力,发挥品种的高产潜力。

      Abstract: In order to make clear of the effects of growth regulator Jingfeng on plant height, culm quality parameters, yield components and kernel protein content of wheat, Jingfeng was used in Ningmai 17 with different sowing density. The results showed that Jingfeng significantly reduced plant height (5.08 cm), lodging percentage (74.44%) and kernel protein content (0.59%), and significantly improved the mechanical strength of the second internode (120.94 g), culm lodging resistance index (3.17) and thousand kernels weight (1.46 g). No significant yield elevation was observed after spraying Jingfeng (P>0.05). High plant density resulted in significant elevation of plant height, ear number and the length of the basal internodes, and significant reduction of the mechanical strength of the basal internodes and culm lodging resistance index. The density of the second internode and culm mechanical strength were significantly correlated with culm lodging resistance index. Jingfeng can significantly improve wheat lodging resistance under suitable plant density, which was useful to get stable yield.
