      为了解不同筋型小麦对土壤类型的适宜性,通过大田试验,研究了不同筋型小麦品种在四个不同土壤生态类型(潮土,褐土,砂姜黑土,水稻土)上的产量和品质性状差异。结果表明,强筋、中筋和弱筋小麦籽粒产量、有效穗数、籽粒蛋白质含量和蛋白质产量在潮土上最高,在水稻土上最低;砂姜黑土上强筋、中筋和弱筋小麦千粒重均最低;水稻土上强筋和弱筋小麦穗粒数最少,在褐土上最多。潮土、褐土上强筋小麦籽粒蛋白含量、清蛋白、球蛋白、醇溶蛋白、麦谷蛋白含量高于弱筋小麦;水稻土、砂姜黑土上弱筋小麦籽粒蛋白含量及其组份含量高于强筋小麦。潮土、褐土上强、中筋小麦出粉率、湿面筋、吸水量高于水稻土、砂姜黑土;而水稻土、砂姜黑土上弱筋小麦出粉率和湿面筋含量高于潮土和褐土。在潮土、褐土上强筋和中筋小麦能取得较好的面团品质,在水稻土、砂姜黑土上弱筋小麦能取得较好的面团品质。因此,郑州地区的潮土三种筋型小麦均适宜种植,与水稻土相比,能够取得较高产量和较好品质。综合来看,潮土和褐土种植强筋小麦比弱筋小麦好;水稻土种植弱筋小麦比强筋小麦好。

      To ascertain soil ecological suitability for different wheat cultivars with different gluten content,three wheat cultivars were employed in the field experiment to investigate the effects of soil ecotype on grain quality , protein content , protein components content , farinograph parameters and extensograph parameters. The results showed that the effective spikes ,economic yield,protein content and protein yield were the maximum in Chao soil among four soil ecotypes, on the contrary,it is the minimum in paddy soil.1000 kernel weight in Lime concretion black soils is the minimum, number of ear kernel of strong gluten and weak gluten were the minimum in paddy soil,while in cinnamonic soil it is maximum.Proten content,and its components including albumin, globulin, gliadin, glutenin of strong gluten wheat were more than weak gluten planted in Chao soil and cinnamonic soil,in another case, content of proten and its components of weak gluten were more than strong gluten planted in paddy soil and Lime concretion black soil. Flour extraction, wet gluten content and waterabsorption rate in Chao soil and cinnamonic soil were more than another two soil types,on the contrary, paddy soil and Lime concretion black soil holds the more flour extraction rate and wet gluten content than Chao soil and cinnamonic soil. Strong gluten and middle gluten cultivars had the better dough characters in Chao soil and cinnamonic soil,weak gluten had the better in paddy soil and Lime concretion black soil.The final conclusion is that all kinds of gluten contivars suitable for cultivation in Chao soil with the maximum yield and better quality of wheat,paddy soil had the minimum yield and low quality of wheat in contrast.
