      作物育种过程实质上是一个衡量育种对象与育种目标同与异,并从中筛选较优者的决策过程。因为这个过程贯穿于作物育种的始终,因此将其概括为作物育种的同异现象。同异理论就是针对作物育种中的同异现象而提出来的一种新的不确定性理论。与传统经验育种相比,同异理论的一个显明特点就是能够实现作物育种的信息化、定量化与科学化。这对于作物育种由定性描述性学科向定量精密性学科发展无疑具有重要意义。该理论提出之后,引起学术界许多专家、学者的关注,并将其用于指导作物育种,取得了一定成效。本文侧重介绍了这种理论与方法在育种目标关系分析、小麦亲本分类、品种比较等方面的应用,并进一步指出了其发展前景与研究方向,期望为育种工作者提供一个可资借鉴的手段和工具。
英文摘要:
      Similarity difference theory is a new uncertainty theory which was proposed in view of similarity difference phenomenon existing in crop breeding. The theory considered that the course of crop breeding was a decision process essentially which weighing up similarity and difference among the breeding objects and the breeding targets during which breeding workers screening better breeding objects. Because the process run through the crop breeding from beginning to end. It was summarized as a similarity difference phenomenon in crop breeding. Comparing with routine breeding, a distinct characteristic of similarity difference theory of crop breeding was that it could realize information, quantitative and scientific aspects of crop breeding, that had an important meaning for crop breeding developing from qualitative descriptive discipline to quantitative precision. The paper introduced applications of the theory and method in wheat parent classification, variety comparison, and pointed out its development prospects and further study direction so that it could provide a tool for breeding workers.
