      为了明确氮磷肥配施对不同地域小麦加工品质的影响,在河南安阳、夏邑、漯河、南阳和信阳5个试验点研究了不同氮磷配比对强筋小麦郑麦9023粉质和拉伸参数的影响。结果表明,试验地点、施氮量及其互作对小麦粉质和拉伸参数的影响较大,其中试验地点对所有粉质和拉伸参数的影响均达1% 极显著水平,施氮量对形成时间、延伸度和拉伸比例影响达5% 显著水平,而施磷量、氮磷互作对粉质与拉伸参数的影响均不显著。研究还表明,当施氮量一定时,增施适量磷肥能改善郑麦9023粉质质量。在5个试验点中,安阳点的粉质与拉伸参数最为理想。从不同氮磷配比看,以高氮(N 240 kg·hm-2)与中磷(P25 60 kg·hm-2)配施条件下郑麦9023的加工品质最优。
英文摘要:
      The effects of combined application of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers in different ratios on farinograph and extensograph parameters of Zhengmai 9023 were studied in Anyang, Xiayi, Luohe, Nanyang, and Xinyang of Henan Province. The results showed that experimental sites, nitrogen application rate and their interactions affected farinograph and extensograph parameters. Among them, experimental site had a highly significant effect on farinograph and extensograph parameters at 1% probability level, nitrogen application rate had a significant effect on development time, extensibility degree and extension rate at 5% probability level while effects of both phosphorus application rate and interactions of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers on farinograph and extensograph parameters were not significant. The study also showed that application of phosphorus fertilizer at reasonable rate could improve farinograph quality of Zhengmai 9023 when nitrogen application rate was fixed. Of those 5 experimental sites, farinograph and extensograph parameters were the best in Anyang. From the view of combined application effects of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers, processing quality of Zhengmai 9023 was the best only at the level of N 240 kg·hm-2 and P2O5 60 kg·hm-2.
