为了解普通小麦与其近缘种和人工合成材料(八倍体小偃麦、小黑麦)根系性状的差异,对普通小麦、黑麦、野生一粒小麦、拟斯卑尔脱小麦、提莫菲维小麦、八倍体小偃麦、小黑麦和硬粒小麦根系主要性状进行比较分析。结果表明,近缘种、人工合成材料单株次生根数、根体积、根干重和根冠比在生育后期均显著大于普通小麦,根系活力和生育前期的根中可溶性糖含量也均显著高于普通小麦。近缘种和人工合成材料根中全氮含量整体上低于普通小麦。相关分析表明,根系一些主要性状与籽粒全氮含量相关显著或极显著。综合来看,近缘种、人工合成材料具有发根力强、根系活力高等优势,在小麦改良中具有重要利用价值。 |

Common wheat cultivars were compared with their relative and artificial materials in several main root traits in the current study. The results showed that nodal roots per plant, root volume per plant, dry root weight per plant and root shoot ratio of relatives of common wheat and artificial materials were all obviously larger than those of common wheat cultivars in the later growing stages. Root vigor and soluble sugars content of roots of relatives of common wheat and artificial materials was also significantly stronger than that of common wheat cultivars. Total nitrogen content in roots of relatives of common wheat and artificial materials was lower than that of common wheat cultivars. Correlation analysis showed that there was certain relevance between some main root traits and grain quality, and some were significant or very significant. It could be suggested that exploiting advantages in rooting ability and root vigor of relatives of common wheat and relative artificial materials could improve root and grain traits of common wheat. |
