为了解小麦 华山新麦草衍生后代的抗旱性,采用籽粒萌发期聚乙二醇(PEG 6000)模拟干旱胁迫和幼苗期盆栽控水方法,研究了干旱胁迫对普通小麦7182与华山新麦草的8个衍生后代(B1、B16、B18、B19、B23、B28、 B32、A31)籽粒萌发及幼苗保护酶活性等生理指标的影响。结果表明,PEG胁迫对8个衍生材料种子发芽势、发芽率、胚芽和胚根生长均有一定的影响。与无胁迫处理相比,在低PEG浓度下,种子萌发和胚芽及胚根生长变化不明显,高PEG浓度下受到明显抑制,其中B1和B19在种子萌发期抗旱性较强。幼苗盆栽控水后,各材料的SOD、CAT和POD活性均随干旱胁迫程度的增加而增加,其中材料B32的三个指标值最大。各材料的脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量对干旱胁迫的反应不一致。通过综合隶属函数法对两个试(实)验的所有指标进行综合评价,不同材料的抗旱性强弱顺序分别为华山新麦草>B32>B19>小偃6号(CK)>A31>B23>B16、B1>7182>B18>B28,说明小麦 华山新麦草衍生后代的抗旱性多数介于两亲本之间,其中B32、B19在籽粒萌发期和幼苗期综合抗旱性较强。 |

In order to define the drought resistance, the seed germination and seedling physiology indexes of 8 triticum psathyrostachys offspring were investigated under drought stress simulated using polyethylene glycol (PEG 6000) and water control pot. The result showed that based on the germination rate, sprout potential, radicle length and embryonic bud length, B1 and B19 were particularly drought resistant materials among the triticum psathyrostachys offspring at seed germination stage. While the SOD, CAT and POD activities in the seedlings significantly increased along with the degree of water stress, B32 with the maximum value and more drought at the seedling stage. In general, the order of drought resistance of the 8 deritives was HS>B32>B19>CK>A31>B23>B16,B1>PT>B18>B28. PT and HS were the parent materials and CK was the contrast .The results indicated that the tested materials had stronger resistance to drought. B32 and B19 were particularly drought resistant materials. |
