      为了探讨气孔相关指标替代碳同位素分辨率(Δ)作为评价指标的可行性,测定了56个小麦品种(系)的碳同位素分辨率(Δ),并分析了灌浆期不同阶段气孔相关指标与Δ值的相关性。结果表明,小麦旗叶和籽粒的Δ值均具有较好的遗传稳定性;灌浆中后期小麦旗叶的气孔导度和叶面温度都与Δ值有较强的相关性。因此,在育种中,可以通过测定灌浆中后期小麦旗叶的气孔导度和叶温代替Δ值对材料的蒸腾速率进行初步选择。
英文摘要:
      This paper aims at probing whether the stomatal indexes could be used as an substitution for carbon isotope discrimination(Δ) in breeding program. The stomatal conductance and surface temperature of flag leaf at 5 different grain filling stages were measured in 56 wheat cultivars grown at no irrigation conditions, and their relationship with carbon isotope discrimination were analyzed. The results showed that the Δ measured from either flag leaf or grains had good stability and correlation analysis between the measured stomatal indexes and Δ indicated that there were significant correlations between stomatal conductance and surface temperature of flag leaf measured at middle later period of grain filling with Δ. Therefore measuring the stomatal conductance and temperature of flag leaf at middle later period of grain filling could be used instead of carbon isotope discrimination for primary screening of transcription efficiency in breeding materials.
