为了解强筋优质小麦品种豫麦34的低分子量谷蛋白亚基(LMW GS)的基因构成,利用普通小麦LMW GS基因特异引物, 采用PCR扩增技术从中克隆得到一个LMW GS新基因LMWY34 (GenBank No.GU183486)。该基因具有LMW GS基因的典型结构特征,编码区全长906 bp,编码302个氨基酸。推导氨基酸序列显示,LMWY34的编码产物N 端具有LMW m 型低分子量谷蛋白亚基的典型特征,与已报道的GluD3 4位点编码的LMW GS基因序列有很高的一致性(98.68%)。 |

In the present paper,a novel low molecular weight glutenin subunit (LMW GS)gene, LMWY34 (GenBank No. GU183486),was amplified and cloned with a pair of specific primers of LMW GS genes from the wheat variety Yumai 34. LMWY34 was a typical LMW GS gene with whole coding region of 906 bp, which encoding a protein of 302 amino acid residues. Comparisons of amino acid sequences showed that it had the typical structure of LMW m type in N terminal region. It had high sequence similarity with the reported LMW GS genes encoded by the GluD3 4 locus. |
