      为给大麦耐低氮育种提供理论依据,利用溶液培养和大田产量试验相结合的方法探讨了大麦苗期和成熟期各相关性状在两种供氮条件下的变异情况。结果表明,苗期氮素生理利用效率、单株吸氮量、地上部干重和苗高在品种间存在极显著差异,籽粒产量在品种间存在显著差异,不同供氮水平对各性状都有极显著的影响。相对性状的基因型变异为:相对地上部干重>相对分蘖数>相对单株吸氮量>相对籽粒产量>相对氮素利用率>相对苗高。相关分析表明,低氮胁迫下分蘖数与籽粒产量呈极显著正相关,苗期相对氮素生理利用效率、相对苗高和成熟期相对籽粒产量间互呈显著或极显著正相关。从各性状的相对值中可以看出,大麦品种BI 04表现最好,具有较强的耐低氮性,BI 45表现最差,对低氮胁迫相对比较敏感。
英文摘要:
      To provide theoretical basis for low nitrogen breeding, a hydroponic experiment and a field trail were carried out to investigate the variations for low N tolerance in Barley under low N stress and normal N supply conditions. The result showed that there were significant differences in nitrogen utilization efficiency, nitrogen uptake per plant, shoot dry weight and plant height at seedling stage and differences in grain yield among barley varieties at seedling stage, and there were significant differences in each trait between nitrogen supplies. The relative traits analysis suggested that the relative shoot dry weight, the relative tiller number and the relative nitrogen uptake per plant had bigger genotype variations. And the correlation analysis indicated that there was a significantly positive correlation between tiller number and grain yield, and there were also significantly positive correlations between the relative nitrogen utilization efficiency, the relative plant height with the relative grain yield. And the variety BI 04 had the highest values of relative traits, and showed the most tolerance to low nitrogen, while the variety BI 45 was the most sensitive one.
